How does Securus accept payments?

Securus accept payments through four methods: by phone, online through the company's website, by mail or through Western Union. To make a payment by phone or online, the customer must use a credit or debit card.

Customers can send payment to Securus by U.S. mail in the form of a check, cashier's check, money order or any other form of guaranteed payment. The company offers two mailing addresses, categorized by the type of payment the customer is making. To make a Western Union payment for Securus services, the customer must go to a cash location or the Western Union website, WesternUnion.com.
