Digicel Haiti offers services that include Fem Pale and Fe Yo Pale, DigiKredi, and Call Me. Fem Pale and Fe Yo Pale let Digicel customers transfer their Digicel credits to other customers. Fe Yo Pale is available to all Digicel customers, while Fem Pale is only available to prepaid customers.

The DigiKredi service is available to prepaid customers and allows them to borrow phone credits to use for on-net calls or SMS messages. The Call Me service is available to Digicel customers who don't have enough credits to make calls from their phones. These customers can send a free SMS message requesting that the recipient call them.
