Is free shipping available for returning Chico's online purchases?

Chico's offers free shipping on returns on purchases made online. To return an item, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged by the customer or defective.

Inside the package, customers will find a prepaid return shipping label. Returning items purchased online is as easy as placing it back in the shipping box, affixing the label to the outside and sending it through the mail. It is important to note that Chico's deducts $7 from the anticipated refund for handling fees.

Items marked as a final sale or as-is, cannot be returned. Returns can be made within 60 days of the original purchase and if desired, can be made in one of the many Chico's stores across the country.
