What is a short poem for grieving?

The poet Mary Elizabeth Frye wrote a classic poem for grieving the loss of a loved one entitled, "Do Not Stand By My Grave and Weep." The poet comforts the one grieving by insisting that the deceased speaker of the poem still exists in the beauty of nature.

The poet encourages the grieving listener to believe that the speaker did not die in reality, but merely changed into a spiritual existence that dwells in nature. The speaker says that she exists in the weather: the snow, wind, sun and rain. She says that she is also found in birds in flight and stars in the sky. Because the speaker is still present in these things, she says there is no need for grieving.
