When should you call yourself a CEO?
By Forinfos - 27/12/2025 - 0 comments
To be a CEO, or chief executive officer, a person has to be voted into the position. The vote is conducted by a board of directors that is appointed to oversee the operations of a corporation. A CEO's duties vary depending on the size of the business.
A CEO is the head of an organization, usually a corporation. For smaller companies, the CEO handles all managerial duties, including the hiring and firing of staff. Larger companies' CEOs often have executives working under them to handle the day-to-day operations, allowing the CEOs to handle high-level strategies and managerial decisions. Many CEOs are also on the board of directors and sometimes hold the position of chair.
