What should be in a friendly letter example?
By Forinfos - 02/05/2025 - 0 comments
An example of a friendly letter should include four parts: a heading, a salutation, a body and a closing. A postscript can also be included to add a short note to the end of the letter.
The heading of a friendly letter includes the return address and the date the letter is written. Place these in the upper right corner of the page. The salutation is made up of a brief greeting, followed by the name of the recipient. The body of the letter is composed of two or three paragraphs following the salutation. Finally, the closing includes a brief sign-off, followed by the signature of the person sending the letter. A postscript, commonly noted as "P.S.," can be added below the signature.
