What should be included in a blood sugar testing log?
By Forinfos - 17/05/2026 - 0 comments
A blood sugar testing log should include the blood glucose reading and the date and time of the reading, states the American Diabetes Association. The log should also include the times and doses of the insulin and diabetes medication the patient takes.
Doctors can better evaluate a patient's response to a diabetes care plan if the patient keeps accurate blood glucose logs. Many groups of people may benefit from monitoring their blood sugar levels, including those who take insulin, are pregnant, have difficulty controlling their blood sugar or regularly experience symptoms of low blood sugar, according to the American Diabetes Association.
