To schedule a repair for a GE refrigerator from a GE-certified technician, call GE's major appliances customer service line at 800-GE-CARES. Repairs can be scheduled here both for refrigerators that are under warranty and those that are not covered.

The Appliance Service and Repair portion of the GE Appliances website provides price estimates for repair calls. A repair appointment may also be scheduled by filling out an online form. Canadian customers can use the same customer service number, 800-GE-CARES, for repair. The customer service line is available for GE customers Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
