What is Shun Goku Satsu?

Shun Goku Satsu is an attack technique from the "Street Fighter" series of video games. It is primarily performed by the characters Akuma and Evil Ryu, but a handful of other characters have been able to use it in certain games.

Also commonly called the Raging Demon, this attack was introduced in "Super Street Fighter II Turbo" but did not become usable by the player until the "Street Fighter Alpha" series. Akuma and Evil Ryu are able to perform it in nearly all of the games they appear in. In addition, Sakura has been able to use it in the "Marvel vs. Capcom" series and "SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium." The character Oni also uses it in "Street Fighter IV."
