Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
• 4 peeled and sliced peaches, canned can be used if fresh not available
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup peach nectar

1. Whisk the first three ingredients in a bowl until blended. Cover mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Using a food processor or blender, mix the peaches, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add this to the chilled milk mixture along with the peach nectar.
3. Pour mixture into a 1 quart or larger electric ice cream maker and process according to the machine instructions.
4. Freeze the container from the machine for 15 minutes to set, then transfer to airtight container to harder more for up to 90 minutes before serving.
