What is a smiling sloth?

Because of their natural mouth shape, sloths often look as if they are smiling. As a result of this peculiarity, a smiling sloth is most likely a normal sloth.

Sloths are mammals that inhabit the tropical jungles of Central and South America. They are divided into two categories, including two-toed nand three-toed sloths. Because the claws of a sloth often grow to be three or four inches long, these animals are unable to walk on the ground and spend nearly all of their time in the trees. As a result, a sloth's claws have evolved specifically to allow them to reach the highest leaves that few other creatures can reach.
