Smirnoff Ice is an alcohol drink that, in the United States and France, is made from malt liquor and citrus flavoring. Outside of the U.S., excluding France, Smirnoff Ice is a mixed vodka and citrus drink.

Smirnoff Ice sold in the U.S. has an alcohol content of 5 percent and is closer to a beer than a vodka-based drink because malt liquor is brewed in the same way. Outside of the U.S., the alcohol content is 4.5 to 7 percent, and contains Smirnoff Vodka No. 21.There are also Smirnoff Ice Twisted drinks that have different flavors, such as Mandarin Orange and Green Apple.
