What are some solar cooker designs?

Some solar cooker designs are Windshield Shade, Heaven's Flame, Cookit, Fun-Panel and Solar Funnel. They range from inexpensive and easy to make to more expensive, tricky and time-consuming.

Three common types of cookers are heat-trap boxes, curved concentrators and panel-style. Each cooker serves specific requirements and has its own strengths and weaknesses. The Fun Panel is panel-style and builds within an hour from one large cardboard box to two medium-size cardboard sheets. It has lower temperatures, cannot fry foods, and cooks one to two pots of food at once. On the other hand, Heaven's Flame is a heat-trap box that takes longer to construct and cannot fry foods. It has extra power due to multiple reflectors and can cook multiple pots at once.
