What bats are approved by the ASA?

Bats that are approved by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) include models such as the 2016 Louisville Slugger Super Z Balanced ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch and the Easton Maple Wood Slow Pitch Softball Bat: SB34. Often, the barrel of the bat has an ASA certification engraving.

1. Access the Internet

Use an Internet-ready device and a favorite search engine.

2. Go to the TeamUSA website

Find USA Softball under the sports menu. Click on the Certified Equipment tab.

3. Scroll down to the Approved Bats section

Filter by maker of the bat from the down-down menu. Click Go. The list is sorted by the Model.
