Sprouts provides a weekly ad that is available online and as a flyer sent in the mail. The weekly ad includes current food and drink specials and announcements about new products.

To see the Sprouts weekly ad online, users must first set their preferred store. They can do this by entering the zip code then clicking on the store closest to them from the search results. Click on View Flyer to see the current ad. The online ad is separated into categories, such as frozen food and meat and seafood. There is also a PDF version that customers can print if they prefer that method.
