Stop receiving telemarketing calls by registering your number to the National Do Not Call Registry. This process can take up to 31 days to become effective, in which time one can still receive calls; however, after this time one will no longer receive telemarketing calls.

The National Do Not Call Registry is free for both home and mobile phones. The numbers registered with the National Do Not Call Registry are disclosed to telemarketers and their clients to prevent them from calling these numbers. If you receive a telemarketing call after this process is complete, you can file a complaint. To file a complaint, you must provide your phone number, the name or number of the telemarketer, and the date you received the call.
