Does AT&T charge a fee for online payments?
By Forinfos - 01/08/2025 - 0 comments
The AT&T website does not list any fees for online payments, including those made with the AT&T smartphone application, tablets, PCs or AutoPay. However, there may be a processing fee for payments made over the phone with the help of a customer service representative.
In addition to online and phone payments, AT&T offers several other options for customers to pay their bills. Customers may pay their bills via text message after enrolling in AT&T's TXT-2-PAY program; they may also text *PAY on their phones to pay their bills without a processing fee.
Other payment options include paying by mail, in person at an AT&T pay station or through one of the third parties listed on the AT&T website.
