Is T-Mobile service available in PR?

T-Mobile service is available in Puerto Rico. For the purposes of T-Mobile's 4G network and billing, Puerto Rico is considered part of the U.S. domestic network. T-Mobile operates a Puerto Rican division with a Spanish-language website and specific information for Puerto Rican customers.

T-Mobile's 4G network is available in the areas of Mayaguez, Ponce, San Germán-Cabo Rojo and San Juan. Unlike customers in the rest of the U.S., Puerto Rican customers are automatically eligible to receive paper payment reminders. They are not bound to settle disputes with T-Mobile through arbitration and cannot sign a contract with T-Mobile until the age of 21.
