The San Antonio Craigslist page is located at sanantonio.craigslist.org. There are 29 other Texas Craigslist pages, including Dallas, Houston, Abilene and Waco. Craigslist has over 700 local pages for communities in 70 countries, as of 2015.

Craigslist is a mostly free website, but certain listings, such as those for event tickets for sale, require a fee to help prevent scalping and protect buyers from scams. Craigslist is named after its creator, Craig Newmark, who started Craigslist as en email listing of upcoming events in San Francisco in 1995.
