How do you print two A5 pages on A4 paper?

To print two A5 pages in Microsoft Word, open the Print window, and choose two in the Pages per Sheet drop-down menu. Choose two copies per page.

  1. Open the Print window

    Click the File menu and then the Print option to open the Print dialog box. Make sure the paper size is set to A4.

  2. Choose the number of Pages per Sheet

    Find the Pages per Sheet drop-down menu in the Zoom section. Select two pages.

  3. Choose the number of copies

    If you want two of the same page printed side by side, set the number of copies in the Copies section to two. The Copies section is right above the Zoom section.
