Ticketmaster Outlets are retail locations where people can buy tickets directly or pick up tickets that they have purchased on the Ticketmaster website. The outlets can often be found in grocery stores across the country, including some Kroger and Giant Eagle, as well as some malls and arenas. The Ticketmaster website has a search option for finding retail outlets near a person's location.

When going to a retail outlet to pick up tickets that have been ordered online, the outlet asks for the credit card used for purchase, photo identification and the order number. If a person waits until the day of the event to pick up tickets, then the tickets may only be available at the will call window of the venue.
