When is the best time of year to visit the University of Memphis campus?

Since the University of Memphis offers tours year-round, the best time to visit varies based on the prospective student's needs and interests. Athletes might enjoy visiting during the beginning of the calendar year to watch a Tigers basketball game, while thespians can schedule a visit during a major performance.

As of 2015, the University of Memphis offers complimentary student-led tours at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tours are not offered on holidays or other days that the university is closed.

Visitors can schedule individual and group tours online at Memphis.edu or by calling the Admissions Office. The University requests that visitors schedule tours at least two weeks in advance.
