Craig Turner was born on August 29, 1958, when Tina Turner was only 19 years old. His father was saxophonist Raymond Hill of the Kings of Rhythm, which was also Ike Turner's band. After Craig was born, Tina Turner and Ike Turner pursued a relationship. Two years after Craig's birth, the couple married in Tijuana, Mexico, prior to the birth of Tina's second son. Ronnie Turner was born on July 24, 1964, and his father was Ike Turner.
