Tinder works by having users look at pictures of potential matches and swiping right for those they are interested in. Tinder uses Facebook to gather user's pictures, ages and mutual interests. Users can add a small introduction describing what they are looking for. Users may only communicate with each other once both sides have swiped right and cannot see who swipes right on their own profile beforehand.
