?Tongkat ali? is the Eurycoma longifolia shrub-tree. This plant is found in Southeast Asia and is native to Indonesia and Malaysia. It is commonly used in folk medicine but is also used as an ingredient in sexual enhancement supplements.

Research suggests that Eurycoma longifolia may increase testosterone levels in the body. Tea made from the root and bark of the plant is used to treat erectile dysfunction and male infertility, boost athletic performance and reduce body fat.
