How do you get a Total Rewards card?

Total Rewards cards are issued at Caesars Entertainment Corporation casinos. The cards are given with membership in the Total Rewards loyalty program, which is free but requires some personal information and a valid photo ID.

Prospective Total Rewards members sign up for the program by going to the player's club desk or cashier's cage at any Caesar's casino property. As of 2015, Caesar's properties are found in 15 states. This includes Harrah's, Horseshoe and Bally's locations among other properties.

A member needs a valid government-issued photo ID to obtain a card. Total Rewards membership cards are printed and issued on the spot.
