One prayer to Father Seelos begins: "O My God, I truly believe you are present with me, I adore your limitless perfections. I thank you for the graces and gifts you gave to Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos." A second prayer, by Byron Miller, contains the following excerpt: "Divine Physician, You infused Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos with the gift of Your healing."

Prayers are available on Father Seelos' website in Spanish, Italian and German. Such prayers are offered to Father Seelos for healing. People with medical conditions may visit a shrine to Seelos where prayers can be given to request their healing.
