Travis Industries sells electric fireplaces through one of its four popular brands, Fireplace Xtrordinair. The brand sells its products through a network of over 1,200 retailers spread across the United States, Canada, Australia and China, as stated by the Travis Industries website.

Fireplace Xtrordinair also sells electric fireplace inserts. Some of the popular models include the Fireplace Xtrordinair 38EI and 40EI fireplace inserts, and the 51EF, 64EF, 546E and 21E fireplaces. The 21E model is especially appealing because of its portrait style and LED flame technology. It also contains a built-in audio playback system.

Fireplace Xtrordinair's dealers offer additional customer services including assistance in estimating heating requirements, clearance evaluations, assessing venting needs, actual installations and fireplace maintenance. They also link customers with certified specialists who perform the tasks mentioned above.
