Uber's service in Boston is available in five varieties: uberX, uberXL, UberBLACK, UberSUV and uberTaxi. Each service type has a base fare, distance fare and per minute fare that users can view on the Boston-specific section of the Uber website. Uber was established 2009 and is currently led by CEO Travis Kalanick, who is also one of the company's co-founders.
