How do I upload videos to Facebook from a mobile device?

Use the Facebook app if you want to upload a video to Facebook from your mobile device. You need to download and install the app.

1. Go to your device's app store

   Tap on the icon on your mobile device to go to the location where you can download apps. Locate and install the Facebook app. After the app installs, tap to select it, and enter your Facebook login information.

2. Choose the video

   Tap the Photo icon in the top-middle of the Facebook app. A screen appears that includes the photos and videos on your mobile device. Tap to choose the video that you want to upload, then click Done.

3. Add a status update

   Type your thoughts about the video in the window that appears. Once you are comfortable that what you typed is what you want to communicate, tap the Post option in the top right of the screen.

4. Wait for the upload to complete

   Wait as the video begins to upload and a message appears on the screen that says, "Your video is now processing. We will send you a notification when it's ready to view." Depending on the size of the video, within a few minutes, it should appear on Facebook.
