Why is a used motorhome or RV classified as Class B?
By Forinfos - 27/04/2026 - 0 comments
A Class B motorhome or recreational vehicle is the smallest of the three classes of motorhomes and the one with the fewest amenities. The other classes are Class A and Class C.
A Class C motorhome is built on a truck or van chassis that is made specifically for motorhome use. Also known as cab-over motorhomes, they typically feature an overhang above the cabin, which houses a bed. Class A motorhomes are the largest and most luxurious of the three classes of motorhome. They are built on a heavy duty chassis such as those used for commercial trucks or buses and are equipped for vacations and short trips and full-time use.
