Search.Earth911.com allows you to search your area for places that recycle certain types of oils and oil-contaminated products, while AutoZone.com features a store locator tool allowing you to find an AutoZone store near you. As of 2015, 95 percent of AutoZone locations accept user motor oil for recycling.

At Search.Earth911.com, type "oil" in the search box near the top of the main page, and then select an item on the drop-down menu, such as cooking oil, motor oil, motor oil containers or oil filters. Type your ZIP code in the Near box, and then click the Search button to display a listing. Click a listing to display location information, such as the address, phone number, and types and quantities of items or material that the location accepts.
