To locate the manual for a cellphone, customers first select their service providers from the drop-down menu and then their phone models from the second drop-down menu. In addition to English-language product manuals, the site also offers specification sheets, frequently asked questions, manufacturer’s warranty information, end-user license agreements and other guides in multiple languages, including Spanish, as of 2016.
