How do you find vehicle paint codes?
By Forinfos - 20/04/2025 - 0 comments
Find a vehicle's paint codes by checking the placard on the inside of the door on the driver's side. Alternatively, consult the owner's manual, or request the paint codes directly from the vehicle's dealership.
A vehicle's paint codes often appear on the informational placard located on the inside of the driver-side door. There should be two different codes -- one for the exterior and one for the interior. If the paint codes don't appear there, check the vehicle's operating manual. If the codes aren't in the manual, locate the 17-digit identification number printed on the left-hand side of the windshield. Contact your vehicle's dealership, and request the paint codes using this 17-digit number.
