What are "Rigs of Rods" truck mods?

"Rigs of Rods" truck mods are downloadable add-ons that add new trucks to the open-source vehicle simulation video game "Rigs of Rods." The community shares truck mods on the Forum and Repository sections of RigsofRods.com.

To install a truck mod to "Rigs of Rods" versions 0.36 and newer, copy the files of the mod to a unique directory in the Vehicles folder under the main directory of "Rigs of Rods." For instance, to install a mod for a red truck, create a folder named "Red Truck" under Vehicles and put all the files in it. For versions older than 0.36, copy the files to the Trucks folder under the Data folder in the main directory of the game.
