Does Verizon Wireless ever issue refunds?

Verizon Wireless offers a 14-day refund policy on both wireless devices and service plans, according to the Verizon Wireless website. There is a restocking fee for all phones, netbooks and tablets.

After 14 days, phones may not be returned. All cancelled service plans will be subject to early termination fees, notes Verizon. Any other charges for services will be applied against a security deposit, if applicable. Gift cards can be returned to any Verizon Wireless store within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Verizon urges users to move all data from any returned phone, as it is not possible to retrieve that data once the phone is returned.
