Where is The Villages located?

The Villages is located in central Florida approximately one hour north of Orlando. As of 2015, The Villages Sales and Information Center is located at 1000 Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages, Florida.

The Villages is an over-55 community that houses more than 100,000 residents. The community features single- and multi-family residences, three town squares, live music and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Residents of The Villages enjoy free golf on any of the community's 32 nine-hole golf courses.

The Villages also includes movie theaters, banks, recreation centers, houses of worship and hospitals. Many areas of the community are accessible by golf cart.
