As of 2015, Vincent D'Onofrio's wife is Carin van der Donk, a former Dutch model. The couple married in 1997, and they have two sons, Elias and Luka.

Prior to meeting Donk, D'Onofrio was in a relationship with actress Greta Scacchi, with whom he had a daughter, Leila. D'Onofrio and Donk's first son, Elias, was born in December 1998. After briefly separating in the early 2000s, the couple reconciled and had their second son, Luke, on Feb. 14, 2008. In a 2002 interview, D'Onofrio expressed frustration with numerous inaccurate reports claiming he was no longer married to Donk. As of November 2015, the couple and their children reside in Manhattan.
