All Visa Gift Cards have an expiration date and all funds must be used before that date, according to Visa. A Visa Gift card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted and any amount of money can be loaded onto one but they are not reloadable.

When using a Visa Gift card to make purchases, always select the credit option unless a PIN came with the card.
