The B vitamins include thiamine (BB1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), Biotin (B7), B12 and folic acid. B vitamins can be obtained in the form of supplements, but they are also naturally found in plant and animal food sources. Many cereals and some packaged breads also contain B vitamins.
