Vogue offers its patterns online through the McCall Pattern Company. Categories of patterns include misses', kids', men's, vintage and accessories. Out-of-print patterns are available as well.

Vogue also organizes patterns by designer, such as Anne Klein, Bellville Sassoon, DKNY, Donna Karan and Isaac Mizrahi. Most of Vogue's patterns are designer fashions for misses, including bridal, jackets and vests, coats and capes, tops and blouses, and intimates.

Vogue's pattern site links to patterns on sale and previews of its pattern magazines. A color and fabric guide makes seasonal recommendations. Consumers are invited to join a discount pattern club for a fee.
