As of 2015, Walgreens offers seasonal flu vaccines and vaccines for tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough and meningitis, according to its website. It also offers pneumonia, chickenpox, HPV, hepatitis A, and hepatitis A and B combination vaccines. Other offerings include measles, mumps, rubella, polio and shingles vaccines.
Customers can schedule immunizations in advance. To prepare for an immunization at Walgreens, wear loose-fitting clothing, bring photo ID and insurance information and arrive 10 minutes in advance of the appointment time. Walgreens website has a link where customers can print vaccine consent forms prior to arrival to save time and streamline the vaccination process.
