The Magic Bullet blender comes with a limited one-year warranty that covers repair or replacement of the product due to defective parts or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. It applies only to the original purchaser, and the owner must show proof of purchase.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the consumer is entitled to a refund. The manufacturer also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. As of 2015, consumers can purchase an extended warranty to cover their Magic Bullet for an additional four years.
