What watch repair services do Seiko service centers offer?

Seiko service centers offer many watch repair services, such as the adjusting of the timekeeping function to ensure accuracy, customizing the fit of watch straps and replacing watch batteries. Watch parts can also be purchased from the centers, although the selection is limited.

In addition to general repairs, the service centers inspect watches upon request to make sure they are clean, well oiled and have not been damaged by excessive perspiration seeping into the watch face. While some of these services are covered under the warranty, Seiko does charge a small fee for some of the work. For repairs, the watches can be shipped to the service centers, or carried into a local Seiko authorized dealer.
