These companies offers two account types; prepaid account and debit telephone account. The prepaid account allows the set up specific numbers that can be able to call a cellphone. The debit account allows the person needing to call collect make calls to any number. It is also possible to acquire prepaid phone cards from any convenience or grocery store that can also be used to make collect calls.
