What is the best way to get rid of a bumblebee nest?

Get rid of a bumblebee nest by digging it up and transferring it to a flower pot lined with moss or dry leaves. Move the flower pot to a better location until bee season is over.

1. Prepare the flower pot

   Line an old flower pot with dry leaves or soft moss. Make sure the pot has a small opening for bees to enter and leave the nest.

2. Dig up the nest

   Put on protective clothing covering all parts of the body. Wait until night when the bees are in the nest. Dig up the soil around the nest, taking care not to disturb the bees.

3. Transfer the nest

   Scoop up the nest, keeping it upright. Transfer it to the pot, and move the pot to a new location.
