"The Big Bang Theory" stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuocuo signed a contract in August 2014 for $1 million per episode, making the trio the highest-paid sitcom stars of 2014. The actors' contract covers the eighth, ninth and tenth seasons of the CBS show.
Parsons, Galecki and Cuocuo earned a hefty raise from their seventh season salaries of $350,000 per episode. Their contract matches the $1 million per episode earned by the six stars of "Friends" from 2002 through 2004.
Only four American TV stars in history have earned over $1 million per episode: Charlie Sheen on "Two and a Half Men," Kelsey Grammer on "Frasier," Ray Romano on "Everybody Loves Raymond" and Tim Allen on "Home Improvement."
