Wide-width cowboy boots are cowboy boots sized for wider feet. In the United States, all shoes have a width notation. The notations in order from narrowest to widest are AAA, AA, A, B, C, D, E, EE and EEE.

For women's shoes and boots, narrow is A and wide is C, with B being the standard. For men, B is narrow and EE is wide, with D being the standard. Of course, anyone's foot can be any width.
