Woodhouse Ford sells both new and used cars. Woodhouse Ford is part of the Woodhouse auto group based in Blair, Nebraska.

As of late February 2015, Woodhouse Ford has an inventory of more than 1,300 new vehicles. A significant majority of that inventory is trucks, specifically 2015 F-150s. There is a slightly smaller inventory of F-250 and F-350 SuperDuty trucks. There are about 140 Ford cars and approximately 200 new SUVs in the inventory, which includes Ford Explorers, Escapes, Edges and Expeditions.

The pre-owned vehicle inventory at Woodhouse Ford includes several different car models like Acura, Chevrolet, GMC and Honda, as well as almost 300 used Fords.
