What would happen if one left John Frieda Luminous Color Glaze for amber to maple hair in overnight?

John Frieda Luminous Color Glaze, which is a product of Kao USA Inc., is designed to be applied in the shower and rinsed out within 3 to 20 minutes. If it is left in the hair overnight, too much of the product is absorbed, weighing the hair down.
Although this product is not a hair dye, it does contain a small amount of colorant that stains skin and clothing if it is not washed off immediately. Even though John Frieda Luminous Color Glaze does not contain ammonia or peroxide, it does contain other chemicals that could be absorbed through the skin if it is left on for longer than the recommended time. Always follow the manufacturer’s directions when using hair treatments of any kind.
